I Paint Dreams Returns Policy

Here at I Paint Dreams, your art is manufactured to suit your individual choice of style. For this reason, all products may be returned if they are found to be defective upon delivery. Products may also be returned and refunded if the product a customer has received is a product they did not order. This includes art prints that are on sale. If a product has been damaged by customer use, the request for a return and refund cannot be permitted.

If you wish to return an item, please email your request to infoandsupport@ipaintdreams.com within 14 days of postal delivery. From here, return requests of defective items will be adhered to.

Return costs are taken care of by us and a return packaging slip will be sent to the customer who wishes to return a piece of art in response to their emailed return and refund requests. Refunds will be provided within 14 days of receiving the return and refund request email. Customers that return their items should print off the returns packaging slip that is sent to them and stick it on the packaging of the item they wish to return. This will provide customers who wish to return damaged items with a free postal return.  

Please note that art prints can only be returned if found to be defective before customer use, or if an incorrect product has been sent to you.
